So for those of you who didn't know, (Come on now, it was all over my Facebook and Twitter!) in September I entered the Belvedere Dream Job Competition with this video and was fortunate enough to make it to the semi-finalist round. The 2nd round entailed making a 5 minute video showcasing your love for something other than Belvedere (events!!) and making a signature cocktail (a Pretty in Pink!).
Now that the competition has come to an end for me, without further ado, please see the above video that we slaved over on a Sunday afternoon and edited the whole week after and the recipe for the cocktail I made to go along with it, which was much appreciated after making the video!! Add to a shaker with ice:
1 1/2 oz Belvedere 1X
2 oz Dragonfruit Juice
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
Dash of Pineapple Juice
Dash of Pear Juice
2 oz Dragonfruit Juice
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
Dash of Pineapple Juice
Dash of Pear Juice
Shake contents
Pour into martini glass
Top with Moet & Chandon
Garnish with rock candy
Enjoy!
